The patented swivel free system allows the cheek of the bit to swivel independently. The ‘purchase ring’ where the headstall attaches is unaffected and doesn’t turn into the horse’s head or tighten the headstall. It is by far and away the best swivel cheek bit on the market.

You can take hold and pull your horse’s head around without applying direct pressure to the bars. I found these bits especially helpful when sorting cattle as they truly aid in getting a horse’s weight back on his hind end and I can be more aggressive with my horse’s head without worry about damaging his mouth.
